Made for a crew, not a crowd
On a show, the party line is the headset channel the crew talks on: a few people who know each other, all on the same line. Party Line is that for your friends. It's not a forum, there's no server browser and strangers can't wander in: someone on the crew invites you, and someone on the crew lets you in.
Easy to set up
One friend clicks "Host a server". Party Line opens the router for you when it can, checks that friends can reach you, and hands you an invite link to text to them.
Calls that stay up
Voice mends itself after a blip without hanging up, and comes back by itself after a longer drop. The server PC restarts, updates and backs up on its own, quietly.
Clear sound
Noise and breath filters, a squelch that only opens when you talk, echo cancellation that turns on when it hears an echo, and a mixer with a volume for every friend.
Private by design
Your messages, files and calls live on your crew's own PC, and calls and private messages are locked end to end. Party Line keeps no accounts, no ads and no trackers.
Everything a group of friends needs
Voice and video channels
Hang out, game or watch together, with cameras and screen sharing in 1080p.
Chat that stays yours
Text channels, private messages, pictures and files, all kept on your server.
Stream to the real services
Partyline Studio sends your show to Twitch or YouTube, and it works with OBS. Friends choose whether they appear on streams.
Made for gaming
An in-game overlay, push to talk that works inside games, your game shown to friends, and each game's volume on the mixer.
Three steps
- One friend hosts. Install Party Line on a PC that's on when you play, and click "Host a server".
- Send invites. Party Line makes a link to text or email. Friends install Party Line and click it.
- Let them in. You each read half of four silly words to each other, and they're in.
